How do I sign up for EXOS Training Program?

You can schedule a coach consult or personal coaching online, following the links on the Pricing page, or stop by your fitness facility and ask a team member. 

 

Group coaching can only be scheduled at the fitness facility.

Do I have to find people for group coaching or can coaches create groups?

You can recruit your own team or work with a coach to find one. 


Go to the Pricing page and scroll down to the group coaching section to get started, or visit your fitness facility to speak with a coach.

What should my fitness level be for EXOS coaching?

Any fitness level! All are welcome and benefit from EXOS coaching, from beginner to competitive athlete, and everyone in between.

What’s different about EXOS coaching?

It’s a workout that’s as unique as you are, led by highly educated and experienced coaches, following EXOS’ holistic approach to fitness.

Coaching centers on movement quality, ensuring first that you move well, which can reduce pain and decrease the chance of injury. As you build skills and strength, everyday movements become easier and you’re better able to push yourself when you want to.

And to keep your routine challenging and rewarding, coaches gradually evolve your workouts over time.

What about cardio?

Yes, your workout will include cardio, which is based on interval training, or exerting yourself at varying levels of difficulty for around 10-20 minutes. This can be performed on a cardio machine or with bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, and other equipment. The difficulty and duration of your intervals are tailored to meet your current ability, changing over time to help you continually progress with every workout.

What’s the difference between digital coaching and personal coaching?

With digital coaching, you work out on your own, guided by recommended EXOS workout videos. And you can use the digital coaching app to communicate with your coach and check progress anytime.

Personal coaching provides a more supportive and educational experience. Your coach motivates you, helps ensure you have proper (and safe) form, and provides a degree of accountability, naturally inspiring you to give it your best.

Personal coaching is especially helpful if you’re a beginner or if it’s been awhile since you’ve had a consistent workout routine.

How do I know which type of coaching I should pick?

During your first (free) consultation, an EXOS coach can help you determine which type of coaching is best for you, considering your workout experience, goals, preferences, and schedule.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable fitness attire and shoes.

What else should I do to prepare?

Hydrate throughout the day, bring a water bottle and a towel.

 

What should I do the first time?

If it's your first time with us, we recommend arriving at least 10-15 minutes early for a brief check-in and introduction.

What if I have to cancel my appointment?

If you have to cancel your appointment please do so at least 24 hours in advance otherwise, you’ll be charged the full amount.

Do my purchases expire?

You have the duration of your monthly billing cycle to use the sessions that you have purchased. No sessions will be rolled over into the next monthly billing cycle.

Is my personal information kept confidential?

Yes. Every aspect of the programming is treated as private and confidential between you and the EXOS team.

How is my data used by EXOS?

EXOS stores all information that is entered into the membership management system.  Identifiable information is not shared with the client/employer. Data is reported in aggregate without identifying information.
